Why Use Our Installation Services? If your installation involves a tabletop stand, this is relatively easy and in short, you really don't need to! However, you should always ensure two people are required for this task heavy task.       To safely secure the plasma display onto the manufactures desktop stand this will require two people. Gently remove the display from the box and secure it with the supplied bolts. Connect your components and plug the power plug into the power outlet. If you bought the manufactures speakers your will need to connect this via supplied bracket and connect to supplied speaker wire into the displays amplifier. A Plasma Display can be mounted in a number of ways: in a tabletop stand, on the wall, flush-mounted inside a wall, and using floor stand.  Wall-mounting procedure requires some experience. Talk to our Installation Director about what's best for your installation. If you choose to ignore his expert advice then expect a problem when you install your prized purchase. Installers will assemble the manufacturer included base and secure to base of Plasma TV. The installers will connect Plasma system to a pre-existing AC power supply within reach of the original power cord. The installer will neatly surface route customer provided cables from a tuner source up to (15) feet from Plasma TV. Includes installation of DVD player if purchased from us. The installers will remove packaging and leave area in clean condition. Installers will provide an educational demonstration of the Plasma TV’s operation. (Up to 15 minutes).  Installation Director will contact the customer within 24 hours of   contact (Mon-Fri) and conduct a pre-installation phone survey to determine actual work to be performed, and schedule an installation date. The installer will complete a pre-installation site survey upon arrival at the customer's home/office, and any additional charges will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job. The programming of up to two non-learning remote control devices to operate connected components. Cleanup of work area, including removing any packaging from the customer's home. Travelling time is charged extra depending on geographical location and day of travel.
